WildlifeKate ‘SpawnCam’!!

I have my first frogspawn! With activity hotting up in my pond,  wanted to get  a camera down there to capture the action… so ‘SpawnCam’ is now live streaming!

I simply mounted a high res nest box camera on a wooden batton and lowered it as close as I dare to the pond surface. It may take some adjusting over the coming days to capture the best action. I also have an IR array that I will set up as soon as I receive the power splitter I ordered today. Then, hopefully I will be able to capture some night-time activity as well!

The frogs kept a very close eye on me as I carefully lowered the cam into position…. watch out for it on my live streams….
