Fern & Flynn appeared right on time at 8.30pm. I had stood at a bedroom window over looking the field from about 8pm and saw them appear from half way up the field…. not at the hole I had thought might be a den. It was just dusk and I managed to do a short bit of film on my 7D of Fern trotting across the field. She was first to the food tonight. They fed for about an hour, sometimes carying food off to eat further up the field, or in in case of Fern, she often diappeared completely with it, out of the field. Within about 15 minutes, though, it was too dark for me to see them. I got some good views of them out of the window though! Here are a few screen shots of them both.
