Make your own tree bird feeder!

Writer: WildlifeKateWildlifeKate

A quick project when you have a spare hour……

1. See a suitable tree branch whilst out on morning dog walk…

2. Trim off any unwanted leaves and twigs

3.  Chisel off the lower part of the branch so it will fit in a standard bird feeder stand

4. Wedge the branch into the stand so it stands up securely….

5. Step back and check the branch is secure and standing upright…

6. Choose appropriate branches to hang all your feeders on….

7. Wait just 5 minutes and the birds will appear!!!!

… much nicer than the metal ones I think!
