Whilst doing some sorting out today, I cam across this rather large house spider. I placed my Panasonic Lumix right down inside the box, just cm from it and took some shots. There are so many details you cannot see with the naked eye that become apparent once you have a macro photo. They really are pretty amazing looking and much hairier than I realised! The great things about these little point & shoot cameras is that they are small enough to get down really low to your subject, giving a much more natural shot I think. I have been pretty creative with some of these shots, but I quite like them… and I thought my spider was pretty amazing too! :o)
