It was a lovely sunny evening tonight and at about 7.45pm, with the sun just getting low in the sky, Fern appeared. I grabbed my camera with my 70-200mm lens and extender on and opened the bathroom window, which is just above the hedge line next to the field. I took lots of shots, balanced on the window sill, with Fern not worried at all by the sound of the shutter…. she was really close at one point and looked straight at me! She is so petite and very pretty. Below are 4 of my favourite shots taken tonight.
