WildlifeKate Live Cameras

I have set wildlife cameras up at home in my garden, at Yew View, (a large private site I manage for wildlife) and in other locations in the UK and further afield. Each live stream has a dedicated page, providing more information and footage captures. I hope you enjoy watching them as much as I do!

Garden PTZ Camera

This camera monitors a large area of my garden. Its pan, tilt and zoom functionality means that it will look at a range of feeders during the day and the fox field at night.  

Garden Feeding Platform

This camera is watching a feeding platform in my garden. I put different feeder here to attract a range of bird species in the day. Watch out for small mammals at night.

RoamWild Window Feeder

This camera will alternate between the RoamWild range of feeders. Sometimes you will see the window feeder. At other times, the 'PestOff' range of feeders.

 Mammal Box

This camera is inside a special box, with lights and two small entrances. Small mammals visit here day and night to see what food is on offer. 

Field Fox Cam

This camera has been placed on the field next to my garden, They had 4 cubs this year and  these are now looking quite grown up.  At present, they usually start appearing from 9pm onwards. 

Shetland Garden Cam

This feeding platform is at the home of Paula and Magnus, on the Shetland Islands. Facing Wadbister Voe, it is an exposed site showing big skies and changing weather patterns... and some birds hopefully!

Silvertrees Woodland Cam

This woodland feeder cam is on the site of Silvertrees Holiday Park, Cannock Chase. Maintained by Rob Winstanley, you should see a good range of birds and even some fallow deer visiting the waterholes behind.

Stow Maries Kestrels & Owls

I'm delighted to share this wonderful  cam from Denis at Stow Maries Aerodrome in Essex. Denis and I have worked together on several cam projects on site.

Waterhole Cam

See what pops down for a drink or a bath in the waterhole that I built from a recycled tyre!

Swallow Cam

This swallow is nesting in the old stables at Yew View. The last few years have seen a dramatic drop in numbers of swallows to this site. We hope this family will be successful

4 chicks fledged successfully. The female is currently

on her 2nd brood

Tawny Owl Nest Box

In a purpose built nest box at Yew View, an owlet hatched on 26th March and fledged successfully.

Aigas Field Centre

I built this feeding station with the wonderful staff at Aigas Field Centre in the Scottish Highlands. Watch and listen to the birds in the day and you may even spot  one of their pine martens at night!

Hillockhead Feeding Platform

This feeding platform is up at Dolphin View Holiday Cottages, on the Black Isle in Scotland. It is a remote site, surrounded by scrub & forest and attracts lots of species, especially in the winter.

Ecuador Feeding Platform

I built this special feeding station at Septimo Paraiso Lodge in Mindo, Ecuador. Watch hummingbirds feed and you may even spot the incredible Tayra!

Blue Tit Nest Box.    Now Offline

Every year, I live stream one of the nest boxes in my garden. The blue tits are nesting here. 

UPDATE: Chicks hatched May 3rd

                 8 chicks fledged on May 24th

Teapot Robins      Now Offline

Follow the story of Rosie & Lee, my teapot robins, nesting in this ceramic teapot in the ivy just outside my conservatory. 

Brood 1: Eggs hatched: 6th April  5 chicks fledged : 20th April

Brood 2: Sadly predated by a magpie on 22nd May
